best for use in decorating photos or journal entries.

as the base of the stickers is made of paper, they absorb water and are not waterproof. the matte coating protects the sticker and can repel small amounts of liquid, but cannot be submerged. not recommended for anything that will get wet or be in the sun a lot, like water bottles or exterior of cars.
