How long will it take to ship out my order?

Most orders ship out within 3 days after an order is placed. However, processing may take longer if the volume of orders is higher.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders generally take a week or up to 2 weeks to receive. International orders may vary by location. In most cases you should expect it in about 2 weeks but up to 4 weeks.

I'm ordering something for a present. Can I get it by a certain date?

If you need your order by a certain date, please order early or choose a faster shipping method and leave a note at checkout with when you'd like the order by. While we don't guarantee delivery dates, we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Can you ship internationally?

Yep! International packages are shipped with USPS and transferred to your local post once it arrives in your country. In the case your order is hit with duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, it is up to the buyer to pay those additional fees.

Why is international shipping so expensive? Can you lower the shipping price?

The price of each shipping option is not determined by USPS and cannot be changed. Shipping costs is like buying a plane ticket for your item. It is traveling thousands of miles to arrive at your doorstep! However, if you are buying multiple items and want to see if there is a cheaper shipping option, you can contact us and have us doublecheck for you.

I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?

Domestically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped out. If you've received a confirmation that your order was shipped out but don't receive it after 2 weeks, please send us a message. International orders may vary depending on location. However, if you don't receive your order after 1 month and are worried about it being lost in transit, please feel free to contact us.

What conventions will you be exhibiting at?

We attend some shows and conventions in the US. It will be announced on social media if we are selling at a show. If you'd like to suggest a convention you'd like to see is at, you can feel free to send us message.

Do you take wholesale orders?

Send us an inquiry! If you'd like to carry Kaiami brand items in your store, you can email us at kaiami@kaiami.net with the subject "wholesale inquiry."

Can I buy Kaiami products in my local stores?

If you think our products fit in with any of your local stores, refer them to us! Let them know about our shop, or give us their contact and perhaps they'll carry our products in the future.

Can I return my item?

Currently we do not accept requests for refunds. Please double check the size chart and ask any questions you need in advance.

I received the wrong item/my order came damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! If we made any mistakes with your order or your item arrived damaged, please shoot us a message at kaiami@kaiami.net or through our contact form. We'll do our best to fix any mistakes.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it or cancel it?

If your realize the mistake before your order is shipped out, no problem! Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders or cancel them once they are shipped out.
